Hi, I’m Julia
I’m on the path to a more natural and slower lifestyle inspired my mystical Swedish nature. I’ve been struggling with post-viral fatigue with many symptoms and secondary diseases for half a decade. I’m still unwell but I've improved and learned a lot along the way.
I know the struggle of both trying to (and failing) succeed at mental and physical health within a modern stressful world and also the struggle of practicing a slow and mindful approach to life in a world where that’s considered "odd".Â
